Catherine Jones is a graduate of La Varenne Culinary school in France. Her other books include Eating for Lower Cholesterol. Jones and her husband and two children live in Manila, the Philippines. Rose Ann Hudson is a prenatal nutritionist and registered dietician. She lives with her family live in Rockville, Maryland.
