The time it takes to get your order to your door is divided into two stages:

The despatch time is the time taken from the moment you place and pay for your order until it is shipped from one of our fulfilment centres.

The delivery time is the time taken from the moment your order leaves our fulfilment centre until it is delivered to your address.

Despatch and delivery time together equal the total time it will take for your order to arrive.

Despatch time

The estimated despatch time for most items on our website is displayed on the product page with the phrase "Usually ships in..."

Despatch times will vary depending on where we are sourcing the item from.

Items that are already on the shelf in one of our fulfilment centres will display the words "In Stock". These items are ready to be shipped straight away, so they have a despatch time of 1 business day.

Other items need to be sourced from distributors before they can be shipped and will therefore display longer estimated despatch times. These times will vary depending on the location and typical fulfillment times of the distributor (e.g. 2-4 business days, 3-7 business days, 6-11 business days).

For orders containing more than one item, also note order consolidation below.

Delivery time

Most orders sent to Australian addresses will arrive within 4 business days from the point of despatch.

Shipments to Western Australia may take an additional 2-4 business days. Delivery to addresses outside of Australia can take up to 2-4 weeks.

If you place an order for multiple items, with different delivery times, some or all of the items may be consolidated and shipped together in a single package.

This means that if some items from your order are already in our fulfilment centre, they may be held from shipment until the other items have arrived.

Please note: We are only able to place claims for orders that are not received within four weeks of dispatch date.
